Fall Candlelight Sound Healing Evening with Keri

With Keri Spirit + Soul Studio, Babylon, NY

I recently attended a lovely evening of sound energy with Keri Vannucci-Olson, at Spirit + Soul Studio, Babylon, NY. Within moments I was laying on the floor with pillows surrounding me, immersed with the ancient sacred sounds of therapeutic frequencies from various instruments.  Some instruments that were used were Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, bells, chimes and gongs.  I immediately felt at peace as the tones vibrated throughout my body, healing on a cellular level.

History of Sound Healing

Sound healing can be traced back to the ancient cultures of Tibet, China, India, Latin America, Africa, and even Europe in ancient Greece. In these cultures, the sound was used for ceremonies and as a way to heal various physical, mental, and emotional ailments.

It is one of the most common forms of vibrational medicine; sound has been used for centuries as a healing or calming tool.

Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.
